Commercial Premises: A disused bank that was to be deveoped into an alternative music venue and basement art gallery. During the design development we were working with the local regeneration agency to ensure that the building would meet all their aspirations. The building attempts to redefine the idea of an art gallery/studio by providing a wide range of spaces allowing a variety of activities to take place.
