The original brief was to create a new basement extension to a Grade II listed Early Victorian house. The brief expanded during the project and the entire house was overhauled, decorated and modernised from top to bottom.

The extension, which is clad in Rheinzink zinc panels and has a sedum roof, opens out the entire lower ground floor, allowing the garden to flow back into the house and creating a very comfortable open plan living/dining area.
