The client approached RDA to restore and convert a dilapidated stable block into residential accommodation. The old stable block formed part of a Grade II listed building and had previously been used as a builder’s yard.

Following careful consultation with the Listed Building Officer RDA achieved planning permission for the conversion of this stable block into two back to back mews houses.
