Alleyn Park has been published in the At Home magazine (May 2011).

Alleyn Road has been published in the Nat West magazine (New Year 2011).

RDA Architects has won planning permission for a Passivhaus in South-West London. This new build eco house will meet the toughest energy standard, the highest environmental and quality standard.

The building works for a new build eco house, constructed from SIP panels, have now been completed. The building which achieves Code Level 4 is not only flexible, modern and sustainable but also does fully comply with the Lifetime Homes standards.

RDA Architects has won planning permission for the construction of a Passivhaus in South London. The Passivhaus will be constructed from SIP panels with a brick face at the front elevation. This 3 bedroom house will add considerable amount of value to the Conservation Area. We have managed to design a high quality house which will be very comfortable to live in due to the high energy performance.

Lacon Road has been published in Affordable Architecture by Stephen Crafti (June 2010).

Lyndhurst Way has been published in 21st Century Houses: 150 of the World’s Best by Robyn Beaver.

Building work for a new build eco house, constructed from SIP panels, has started on site in Newhall, the award winning new town outside Harlow, Essex.

RDA Architects is developing a project for 8 flats in Hertfordshire.

Tyers Gate, the conversion of a former leather warehouse, has recently featured in The Evening Standard’s Homes & Property magazine.

RDA Architects has won planning permission for a new build eco house in East Dulwich. Work is soon to begin on site.

RDA Architects regularly contribute to the Architect in the House scheme run by Shelter. In 2008 architectural practices participating in the scheme raised £92,500 for Shelter, money which will go towards helping families to find and keep their homes.
