PRACTICE | our approach

We firmly believe that a holistic approach incorporating your needs, good design, functionality and environmental sensitivity will result in a beautiful, bespoke, cost-effective home that you will want to live in for years to come

Our client-focused approach maximises value by combining inspiration with deliverability. We are also guided by Passivhaus principals a philosophy based around integrating sustainability into the design process and delivering ecological solutions backed up by research and expertise.

We aim to stay years ahead of the industry in our understanding of and use of sustainable technologies, and are proud of our expertise in transforming and optimising spaces to create buildings that are not only beautifully designed, but that work for and improve the lives of the people that live and work in them.

Sustainability and the Passivhaus approach
We aim to improve the energy performance of every one of our buildings – as close as possible to the Passivhaus standard, which refers to ultra low-energy buildings which need very little heating or cooling.

We are one of the few Passivhaus specialists in the UK, and we take great care to deliver energy efficient and healthy buildings which improve clients quality of life. We believe sustainable living helps to make the world a better place for everyone. We aim to extend the innovations we make in our bespoke developments to create meaningful change in the industry and beyond.

The way we work
Our business is headed up by our founder, Richard Dudzicki whose vision was to develop an innovative and multi-disciplined practice which put its relationships with clients first, working hard to achieve a result that works perfectly for them.

We aim to oversee a project from beginning to end, and adopt a personal and communicative approach with every client, guiding you through a sometimes overwhelming process every step of the way. We aim to oversee projects from beginning to end so we can be sure we achieve the right result for each client.
