● RDA have been published in "New 100 Houses X 100 Architects" ● RDA have recently been featured in Move & Improve Magazine and Homebuilding & Renovating. ● Following a Community Council meeting, RDA have just gained planning permission for seven flats in the Oglander Pub, East Dulwich. ● Following a Town Hall meeting, gained plannning permission for six flats and 200 square metres of retail in Catford. ● Five further New Build houses have been commissioned. ● We’ve embarked on an Eco House in Chiswick. ● Gained planning permission for a further 2 Eco Houses in Biggin Hill, Kent. ● Gained Planning permission & Dulwich Estate Approval for a number of extensions and interior design commissions. ● Completed a Physiotherapy Gym & Fitness Centre in Lordship Lane. ● Developing a project for 9 sustainable flats in Balham, London. The Practice won the “Daily Telegraph Homebuilding and Renovating, Best Contemporary Small House Award 2006”, with Lacon Road. We were also short listed for the Architect of the Year 2006 and are Highly Commended by the “The Mail” National Homebuilder Design Awards 2006.Lacon Road, Hengrave Road, All Farthing Lane were recently reviewed in The Sunday Times, Financial Times, Observer, Living Etc and Inside Out magazine. |
