Part II Architectural Assistant

RDA is an award winning established chartered practice based in the East Dulwich/Peckham area. We have an immediate requirement for a Part II Architect Assistant to join our innovative, friendly team and to help work on our expanding portfolio of high end and environmentally conscious sustainable projects.


Our practice is currently 14 people strong and we have a diverse team with varying levels of experience. We work closely together as a small team across all stages of a project. Given the tight knit nature of the studio, the ability to fit in on a personal level as well as a professional level is equally desirable.


You will be working under an Associate on multiple private high-end residential jobs. We require someone with good design skills. ArchiCAD knowledge and sketching is essential. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience of working on domestic projects, with a good understanding of UK regulations, Passivhaus (PHPP) and general sustainable design principals. A working knowledge of construction detailing and NBS specifications. Excellent design skills and attention to detail are all highly desirable, as well as being able and keen to take on a high level of individual responsibility. Excellent presentation and communication skills would be required and expected.


As a small practice we can offer excellent experience opportunities at all stages of work on beautiful projects however in return we require a high level of commitment from the successful candidate.
