A developer came to us with a challenging infill site, and as a client, they wanted us to maximise the value for this scheme.

Requested by the Dulwich Estate, we proposed a scheme of affordable 2 bedroom homes, providing new families with the chance to get on the property ladder, without reducing their standard of living.

These modular dwellings are designed over two floors to ensure they are spacious and provide natural light throughout the day. Something that is at the heart of The Dulwich Estate homes.
