Peckham Green
A developer client approached us with a back-land site, seeking to maximise its potential by creating a series of contemporary homes that could be built quickly and efficiently.
Our design responded directly to the linear shape of the plot and the constraints of its former occupancy. To address privacy and daylight concerns, the proposed development is set one metre below the neighbouring garden, significantly reducing overlooking and overshadowing.

The scheme comprises three residential units - A, B, and C - linked by a green alleyway arranged as a sequence of courtyards. These shared spaces provide seating areas, a small garden, and planted trees, creating a soft, communal landscape at the heart of the development.
The buildings are designed to the latest technical standards and with a strong emphasis on minimising environmental impact. A highly efficient construction approach is achieved through the use of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), Sto render applied to recycled glass Verotec board, Velfac double-glazed low-energy aluminium-clad timber windows, and heavily insulated roof and floor assemblies. Together, these elements ensure a development that is both sustainable and robust, offering high-quality contemporary homes that can be delivered with speed and precision.
