RDA were involved in the renovation of this warehouse flat. This involved a total new fit out from a shell in a conservation area in Bermondsey, London.
The client wanted to preserve the heritage and wellbeing of the original building whilst creating a 3 bedroom flat. In this warehouse conversion, RDA covered all new steels and beams required with aged boards in stain to match the existing beams. The aged floorboards do not harm the original aesthetic of the structure.
This project was shortlisted for the Daily Telegraph Renovation Awards.
