Dulwich Adobe

A previous client recommended us to their family who were living in an Arts and Crafts home in Dulwich Village. The client wanted to revive the once stylish house to a contemporary family home she could share with her grandchildren. 

Our brief was to refit the whole of the ground-floor opening up the existing separate living and dining area to be a modern open plan space with lots of natural light, provided by a new roof-light over the kitchen/ dining room.

Three of the four bedrooms now benefit from spacious ensuites with the main bathroom at first floor level servicing the twin room. On the second floor a large double bedroom is mostly self contained with eaves storage and fitted wardrobes, while the front to back master bedroom on the first floor offers a large walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and free standing bath. Throughout the house, all bathrooms have been refitted with classic sanitary-ware and given a neutral grey and white tone.

This luxury refit offers our clients a transformed space which will improve their quality of life as well as being a cost effective option to wanting a new home.
