RDAs involvement with a Grade II listed property from the 1700 in the restoration of its original Lime construction. RDA researched and with the help of the Lime Centre looked at ways of restoring this cottage. A Lime crete floor with Leca insulation was used. As the house was not on the gas network, a Viessman Air Source Heat Pump was used to heat the house. RDA were involved with the interior design and restoration closely working with the Listed Building Officer of the original house. Items such as the ship staircase and the fireplace were carefully kept and restored so that no damage would occur. This property has been featured in Dorset Life and is back in a state of regular use after being neglected and abandoned for approximately twenty years.
